In 1995, an arsonist with a hateful grudge against Catholicism left the former All Saints Church for dead. But a $3.3 million restoration project has rescued it from grim prospects. Local voters, most of whom aren't Catholic, approved part of the funding.

Today, the building is about to be reborn as a community center that will house video exhibits promoting religious tolerance.
