Friends and family can stop into any U.S. Cellular store (locally at Jefferson Telephone & Cablevision and Radio Shack) to pick up a voting card.  There is no purchase necessary but you must be 18 years old to vote.  Log onto the website and vote for Jefferson Elementary School.
